One week holiday!!

Last week was Raya and National day holidays!
Me and Noel headed together to South, a one week holiday in JB.

1st day,
Arrived at JB at 6pm, attend a company dinner buffet.
Noting special, just a normal buffet after the prayer.

2nd day,
Met up with Kenny and YT from Singapore for Bah Kut Teh lunch!
JB's BKT is very different from Klang's, it is not in a dark brown soup but a clear one!
Though it is a clear soup, the taste is fantastic! There's no traditional medicine in the soup, you can only taste the essence from the pork bones!

After lunch, met up with Jeff at Cheelicious for some cheese cakes and SanGuaSha card game! LOL.....
Though I'm not a pro playing the game, sometime needs more time to elaborate the cards, but it's really fun once you understand it!
While the sun is getting bigger and hotter, we decided to move to an indoor cafe.
Arrived in Livingroom, continued our SGS game!
5 of us, keep killing each other for the whole afternoon!

Dinner at home, some home cook with left-overs from previous night's buffet.

3rd day,
Basically the whole day I was not doing anything except from Mahjong!
3-person/4-person Mahjong, played with Noel, aunty and ah ma! First time playing SERIOUS Mahjong which made me nervous and kept losing a lot!

Dinner at home as well....

4th day,
Failed to get some food in the morning due to public holiday, so everyone's lunch was instant noodle!
Then Mahjong again! However this time! I won some money!! Somemore was ah ma's money! heeeheeeee.....

Me, Noel, ah ma and Cass went out for dinner together in a restaurant famous with their WatDanHo and bad temper boss! =D
Went to Overtime with J and S after dinner.
Also, JB famous midnight wonton for supper!! Really delicious!

5th day,
My memory is getting more blurry, I don't really remember what did I do on that day?!
Breakfast was Johor Laksa, their laksa is like out Penang Curry Mee, but with more Santan! Smells really good! I think the soup wise is way better than out Curry mee!
Mahjong again perhaps, SGS with Noel, watch TianYing chanel and Star Movie the whole day!

After whole day Mahjong, we 6 of us went out for Thai food dinner....forgot where was the place.. =D

6th day,
After picking up J, S, and JL. 5 of us headed down to Singapore for shops and the most importantly.....
The Lion King Musical @ MBS Singapore!
We went to Orchard road, as usual, you would not get tired on spending the whole afternoon sitting on the shopping street just to look at people! It's Singapore man! No tired eyes!
Pretty girls, cute guys.....etc etc...!

Dinner at Food Village in Takashimaya, passed JL to Kenny and 4 of us drove to MBS theater and meet Ned and QP.
We were all set and ready to be amazed by the show! Although I watched before back in 2004 @ Lyceum Theater London, but still....so EXCITED!!!

Noel got blown away during the show opening, he was like:" OH MY GOD!!!!!!!"
Well, I do not need to tell much how was the show, because it was awesome! If you want to know, just buy the ticket and watch! It's really worth it! A breathtaking performance!

7th day,
Noel went for work in the morning.
After his work in the afternoon, we headed to Singapore again to meet up with friends.
This time we went to Vivo City @ HabourFront. Since we only had late breakfast in the morning, it was almost 4:30pm when we reached Vivo, we were so hungry until could finish one whole chicken!
Late lunch at Marche...a "Swiss Market" concept restaurant. You order food with a special card given once you walked in, then you pay for the bill by checking the record from the card. It's more like a buffet style of eating, and the food are not bad too! I like the place very much, the settings of the restaurant and atmosphere! Noel said there's a Marche in KL too, but it's not the one in Singapore! You know what I mean....?!!!

Shop in Vivo for a while, meet up with J, S, JL, Jonath, Kenny and YT for dinner. A pleasant dinner at Broitzer which is a German restaurant and bar, everyone was ordering bratwrust and beer, but me and Noel were still full from Marche "hmmmm....beer will do." =D

After delicious bratwrust, YT insists to bring us to Sentosa by crossing the 545m bridge! She said there would be places that will definitely make us happy! Honestly, the 545m bridge is really pretty at night, the view is awesome, there's a wine house at the middle which has very nice atmosphere! I would go again!
Well, the happy places are Hershey's Chocolate, Cadylicious, the Universal Globe and the entrance. hahaha... However, we still think that was not that "HAPPY"!!!

We landed in YT and Kenny's love hub which is about 20 minutes away from Vivo, showered there and played SGS!! Even though it was midnight, I still stuffed all the Ruffles chips into my stomach. Hmmm.....tasty!
Went back to JB at 00:16am, did not stay at the love hub.
However...crazy jam over the course-way into Johor!
It was a tiring day yet fun!

8th day,
Woke up late due to late sleep.
Helped out aunty to prepare for the family steamboat dinner, also, this time friends came over to JB from Singapore! A small incident need to be mentioned is, Noel sprained his neck two days ago, today got worse. He couldn't walk and move at all, the muscle spasm spread to his left back! Pity.... He got better now after some medicine from the doctor.
Anyway, friends came over to his house and SGS again!!

Porridge steamboat at home for dinner, the steamboat was very nice! First time for me to try porridge steamboat! Drank some red wine too...!

9th day,
Supposed to go back KL today but Noel has work to do the next day so we had one more day to chill!
Went to a mall in the noon and had Japanese lunch, then we spent the whole afternoon at home watching tv.

Dinner at New Lucky restaurant, uncle brought along his 18 years Chivas!

After dinner, discovered a mini pool by Ned! hahaha...

10th day,
Woke up early and prepared to go back after Noel's work at office.

We departed at 13:35pm and reached KL at 16:40pm, dinner italiane'kitchen PJ.
That ends my 10 days to the South!
